Condominium construction in the Jacksonville area has exploded over the past few years. How would a new project cut through the clutter to explain their benefits? Through a media plan that thinks outside the box. Scott-McRae Advertising developed a radio buy for this Southside project that played off the complex’s British theme. The buy was geared towards the first time home buyer age range. The result was that Gardens beat the competition in percentage of units sold during their first year. The agency contributed media relations activity in addition to the creative while continuing to tweak the media buy to obtain awareness.
